"I have been in the training industry for the last 12 years, training students working in the Hospitality, retail and business sectors."

Tell me about your hospitality experience?

"I started working in Hotels at the age of 25. I have managed large hotels with 100 staff members and have owned country hotels and licensed liquor outlets."

What's the best thing about working in hospitality?

"The friends you make while working, both staff and customers. Nightclub work is so much fun you meet so many people and get paid to do it."

Why did you decide to take up training in the hospitality industry?

"It is a great way for me to past on my knowledge and skills of the hospitality industry."
